Returns and Cancellation Policy

Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receiving the order.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order includes all correct parts and components, and the packaging is in perfect condition, as it was when you received the product.
  • The item shows normal signs of use, but no breaks due to improper handling.
  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process is initiated.
  • The item is defective immediately after receiving it.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs. The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged by the customer.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow the steps below to start the return process:

  1. Send an email to: support@harveyandwillow.com
    Please make sure that the email includes the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the product if damaged
    • Customer’s first and last name
    • Customer’s address

We will discuss your request and provide you with the return address.

Please do not send the return to the sender’s address. We will provide you with the correct address after your request. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATION (Right of Withdrawal)

Consumers have the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if they are a natural person who concludes a contract for purposes that are predominantly unrelated to their commercial or self-employed activity:

A. CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has received or taken possession of the last item.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately once placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, which means that a refund after receiving the goods is not possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Harvey & Willow, NETHERLANDS) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (via email). The withdrawal will be effective once we have received the goods. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking in Transit:
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. However, you can inform us about your cancellation in advance.
To facilitate the quickest return possible, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding the shipping costs (unless you have chosen a shipping method that is more expensive than the standard shipping option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notification of withdrawal from the contract and the goods.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you incur any fees for this refund.
