Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you have the possibility to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must contain all the correct parts and components, and the packaging must be in perfect condition, as it was upon receiving the product.
- The item shows normal signs of use but no damage due to incorrect handling.
- Products involving hygiene issues must be properly cleaned before initiating the return process.
- The item is defective immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs. The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged by the customer.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please proceed as follows to start the return process:
Make sure the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- Customer’s full name
- Customer’s address
We will process your request and send you the return address.
Never send the return to the origin address. We will send you the correct address after your request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Right to Cancel)
The consumer has the right to withdraw, if they are an individual who enters into a contract for purposes that are not primarily related to their business or professional activity:
A. CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal
The period for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, receives the last item.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, and it is not possible to receive a refund after the products have been delivered.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Harvey & Willow, England) of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement (via email). The cancellation will be effective once we receive the goods.
Return costs: The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking the Shipment in Transit:
Since our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the product is already in transit, it will not be possible to cancel the order. We ask you to wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. However, you can notify us about your cancellation in advance.
To facilitate a quick return, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (unless you chose a shipping option that is more expensive than the standard option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal and receipt of the goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless another method has been expressly agreed upon. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.
